Kety Vladuca is a classically trained aesthetician and eyebrow specialist at Julien Farel Salon & Spa. She joined the Farels on Park Avenue after 25 years at Kenneth Salon. Her colleague and Creative Director, Kevin Lee, recognized her talent for brow shaping and ever since, she has been the go to for many clients over the years.
