To enhance your Farel Salon & Spa experience, you are encouraged to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to mentally unwind and properly prepare for your spa treatment and experience. 

Arrive in any clothes you desire!  We acknowledge that your appointments may be in between event or meetings and provide robes for the utmost comfort during your experience. Although not mandatory, we do recommend changing into a hair cut robe or hair color robe for your service. Julien Farel does not accept any liability for clothes worn during services.

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, surgeries or injuries that could affect your service when making your reservation.  

Of course! To continue your hair and skin regimen at home, all products used during services are available.

For your convenience, a 4.5% tax (tax rate subject to change) will be added to your final bill for each service. Gratuity is not included and we suggest 20% tip for your service. Envelopes for cash tips are available at the front desk.

Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
