Born in Cannes, Sandrine Bucarelli began her career through a private hairdressing school, Balzak. After one year, she moved to the fashion capital of France, Paris, where she studied the art of hair at Alexandre de Paris as well as in salon. She assisted in photo shoots and fashion shows while learning the method of texturizing hair and creating complex updos and styles.
She was given the opportunity to be an essential part of a brand new salon in Dubai with Christophe Nicolas Biot, previously the art director of Vogue Group. One of only a few stylists in the salon, Sandrine helped build up the brand and its clientele. After two years of styling in the world's richest city, she returned to Paris with the goal to move to New York shortly thereafter. While in Paris, Sandrine saw Julien Farel on TV, researched the company and a few weeks later, arrived at the Julien Farel Salon on Madison Avenue. Having an instant connection with Julien, she became his assistant for two years and learned the ways of luxury hair styling and customer service in the heart of New York City.
"I had such a lovely and complete experience at Julien Farel. I booked a hair cut with Sandrine.  She completely adhered to my vision and is exceptionally skilled to say the least, with face framing my locks to flatter my best features; And.. what a blow out. I appreciate the level of artistry. Thank you"
